All Right at Home caregivers are employees of Right at Home and are bonded, insured, and supervised by a nurse. We will provide home care from a minimum of 3 hours per day up to 24 hours a day.  All of our senior companions, caregivers and home health aides are thoroughly screened, trained and drug tested before being placed into any one's home.  After they pass all these tests, they will then be issued our home care agency's exclusive "license to care" certification.  We give this license to all our caregivers once they are hired as part of the caregiver team.

After we match a caregiver specifically to your loved one's needs, we will develop an individual care plan that is closely monitored and changed when needed.  There will be ongoing communication with clients and/or family members in co-ordination with home visits.  We do this to ensure home care services provided by the caregiver continue to match our client's changing needs.

Bernie Kramer, an RN with 28 years nursing experience, is the Director of Staffing for the North Shore/Chicago office. Unlike many caregiver agencies, we are proud to have a nurse that hires and supervises all our caregivers.  Bernie also builds and oversees each client's individual care plan.
